With an F Productions is delighted to partner with Arts & Disability Ireland to present a number of assisted performances of Solpadeine Is My Boyfriend during its 2013 national tour.
Audio description gives audiences who are blind or visually impaired a live commentary on the visual elements of a performance through individual headsets.
Captions give deaf or hard of hearing people access to live performances. It is similar to television and film subtitling.
Accessible performances are presented by Arts & Disability Ireland with funding from the Arts Council.
N.B. When booking tickets for an assisted performance, please ask for seats suitable for viewing the captions, and/or reserve your headset for audio description. Programme notes will be read 15 minutes before the performance via the headsets, so please ensure that you arrive early to be seated.
